DESIGN: Thoughtfully
blended with Santa Fe’s high desert beauty, buildings are sited to take
advantage of the natural terrain, with wide views of the landscape and private
walking and hiking trails. The architecture utilizes Santa Fe’s renowned
fresh air and extraordinary quality of light, with operable windows and careful
planning of both interior and exterior spaces.
A contemporary spin on traditional adobe architecture, buildings offer clean
modern lines and angular corners, with exterior finishes like corrugated tin,
metal, glass, and exposed riverstone foundations. Flexible floorplans and
custom interiors make productive workspaces, while spacious lobbies and large
video conferencing rooms allow for special meetings and client presentations.
Generous open space invites outdoor activity, breaks, and lunch meetings.
Courtyards with native landscaping and xeriscaping show contemporary stone
sculpture by award-winning regional artist, Lance Yazzie. Ramada structures
provide shade for enjoying the outdoor walkways, and draw on local vernacular
forms.
